| Skilled Consultant
Choosing a consultant to guide you through a transaction
is important as buying a home is serious business. So homebuyers should
give just as much consideration to hiring a buyer's broker as sellers
give to hiring their listing agent. That means conducting interviews,
seeking referrals and researching the company as well as the individual.
While it's important to ask potential agents a number
of questions relating to their experience and routines, it's also
important to listen for the questions they ask you to get a feel for if
they're really intent on understanding your needs.
Experience in your preferred area and/or style of
home is important, but so is the comfort level between agent and client,
because buying a home is a highly personal experience and should not be
taken lightly.
Ultimately, you only work with one agent, so it
should be someone you like, trust and respect and who feels the same way
about you. |

Bryan Trelstad
Bryan has lived in Colorado Springs for almost 20
years. Married with three children, he is deeply rooted in the
community. His parents and siblings all live in the Pikes Peak
region. Bryan is very family oriented and takes care of all those
around him, family or friend.
“I see real estate as a chef would see a recipe. My
ingredients are: buyers, sellers, the prefect home, a lender, a home
inspector, an appraiser, a title company, and usually another
realtor. With the items listed above I take it upon myself to
create the perfect transaction. It is my goal to make sure
everyone works together and communicates seamlessly so that at the end
of the day everyone involved goes home to their families at peace and
fulfilled. Serving my clients this way always puts the work load
and stress on my shoulders and makes for a very relaxing transaction
for everyone else involved.”
Bryan spent his childhood in Wisconsin where he learned a
good hard work ethic early on. He moved to Colorado Springs in
1989 where he attended Air Academy High School. He then
spent 2 years majoring in Criminal Justice Investigations and Management
before moving to Maui, Hawaii to attend a leadership school.
Once he completed his courses, Bryan moved back to Colorado Springs
and began his career in Real Estate.
Being first trained at the largest real estate firm in
Colorado, Bryan learned everything about buying and selling real estate
from seasoned professionals. He then accepted a management
position with the oldest real estate firm in Colorado to learn the
management portion of the market. Bryan was responsible for 7
home owners associations and thousands of homes in Colorado Springs for
several years. Bryan now serves as a master negotiator with
service skills that rival the best in the industry. He has been a
fulltime realtor for many years and manages dozens of homes all over

Cordis Foster
Cordis was born and raised in southern California for the
first 9 years of his life and then moved to Georgia where he grew up
before heading off to the US Air Force Academy. Having met his wife
while being a cadet, and being married almost immediately after
graduation, family ties have brought Cordis and his family to settle
here in Colorado Springs on a permanent basis. Cordis and his wife have
been blessed with 4 wonderful children, ranging in age from 13 years
old to 20 months.
Professionally, Cordis has been a licensed real estate
agent for just over 3 years. His degree from the Academy is in Civil

becoming an authority in the fields of construction and community/land
developmental processes. He has successfully designed and managed many
projects throughout the contiguous United States. His project
experience is wide and varied, involving industrial venues such as
treatment plants, highway projects, pump stations, and water, sewer,
telephone, electrical, and gas transmission lines. Cordis has also
completed commercial projects such as offices, medical facilities,
restaurants, warehouses, maintenance facilities, manufacturing
facilities, fiber optic presence facilities, server farms, switching

level emergency management, construction, and operational programs. His
first task upon graduation from the Academy was to manage part of the
process in renovating the Pentagon as a National Historical Monument.
After separating from the Air Force in 2000, Cordis dove into the civil

General Contractor. Over the succeeding years since separating from
the Air Force, he has working in and between cities such as San Diego,
Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Denver,

commercial and residential properties. Cordis specializes in helping
investors analyze potential investment opportunities as well as helping
both commercial and residential clients through the process of either
